  • How much do you charge to plant?
The short answer is that it depends! There are a lot of factors involved when it comes to planting material (mileage, the size of the material, distance from street, ease of access, if the area is clear, if there are old plants to take out, and so on). We encourage you to come into our garden center to get a quote. All in-store quotes provided are held for 30 days.

All sales are final. You are taking home a living being with its own needs–what happens after you take it home is out of our control. We will help you to the best of our ability but some problems may be recommended to first try with your pest and lawn service or Agricultural Extension Office. If for ANY reason a return is accepted, the return is subject to a 5% cancellation fee and 30% restock fee.
  • Do you have designers on site at your nursery?
While we don’t have anyone on site with a designer title, our senior sales staff are knowledgeable enough to handle basic design and layout questions. We recommend coming on weekdays (especially during Spring and Fall) to be able to receive a more one-on-one experience.
  • Do you offer free at-home consultations?
We have an at-home consultation service that has a $125 fee paid up front. This gets your place locked in on our schedule with a knowledgeable and experienced designer. The fee is applied as a credit towards any ‘labor’ that stems from the consultation. Click here to schedule a design consultation.
  • Something is wrong with my plant, can you help?
We carry general fertilizers and broad spectrum pest treatments. Please note that we are not equipped to diagnose any specific plant problems–It is better for you to contact your pest and lawn service, or local UF/IFAS Extension office to diagnose and treat specific problems that you may be having.
